Registration
- I understand the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Weather
- I understand outdoor markets will happen rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, cancellation may occur. An email will be sent to participants and posted on the Facebook events page the morning of the event.
- I understand if AQI (air quality index) is over 150 due to smoke/wild fires, the event will be cancelled.
- I understand in the event of weather cancellation no refunds will be offered. The market will not be rescheduled and the registration fee cannot be applied to a future market.
Liability and Release
- I agree to make every effort to participate in a safe manner.
- By agree to these terms and conditions I release Mary To-Saturnio, Kids’ Entrepreneur Market (KEM) sponsors, and the property owner of the venue from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during participation in the event. I agree to hold them entirely free from financial responsibility, injuries incurred, including those caused by negligence. I forfeit the right to raise a lawsuit against Mary To-Saturnio, KEM sponsors, or venue owners for any reason.
- I grant Mary To-Saturnio and KEM the right to take photographs and videos of all people in participation of the event to use in any lawful purpose, including publicity, advertising and web content.
